Rah Rah Sis Boom Bah

Its hockey playoff time. Time for copious amounts of alcohol to be consumed in the name of a hockey team trying to get a chance to drink copious amounts of alcohol out of Lord Stanley's Cup. The Red Mile will be full of people cheering on the Flames and drinking copious amounts of alcohol. If the Flames repeat their 2003/2004 peformance and make it to the final, I think it's pretty fair to say that the entire city will be collectively hammered.

Unfortunately for me, and fortunately for others, I will be unable to partake in the festivities. I've decided to do hard time up in Ft. McMurray and spend most of the next several years working for evil oil companies in the hopes that if I can't beat them, well I guess I'll join them. This is Alberta after all.

I'll be keeping you, the loyal reader updated on the goings on up in Ft Mac. I hope I'll be able to watch at least a few Philadelphia Flyer playoff games. In case you were wondering, SexyTeenSandy is a Flyer fan. And she really hates the New Jersey Devils, as does NextDoorNikki. I don't blame them.

P.S. To all seven Edmonton Oiler fans: Better get the clubs shined up. Roloson is worse than Tommy Salo. Nuff said.
